The ideal opening of spring in the city of Genova is the flowering of the camellias of Villa Durazzo Pallavicini, the fascinating historic park of Pegli (a few kilometers from the city center to the west), dotted with curious architectures that build a romantic journey (a temple greek, a pagoda, a castle and many others), full of ponds and streams, rare plants, scenic views. Villa Durazzo Pallavicini hosts the most important historical camellia in Italy, which can be visited on weekends, in full bloom, starting from 18 February 2023.
