The best times to visit these beaches depend on your personal preferences. In general, the summer season from June to September is the most popular time for beaches, with warm temperatures and higher tourist numbers. However, if you prefer to avoid the crowds, I recommend visiting Lake Garda in spring or autumn when the beaches are less crowded but the weather is still mild.
In any case, remember to bring everything you need to enjoy your day at the beach to the fullest, such as sunscreen, towels, suitable clothing and drinking water.
