The satisfaction of the Vastese territory is big. In fact, the 13th edition of the Italian Salame Championship ends with a double podium for the company Racciatti di Furci (Ch).
In the category of pink or mixed pink and black pig, Racciatti with its Ventricina, flagship product, is placed in second place with 156 points, only one point from the peak reached by a producer from Lombardy who proposed a salami refined to hay.
Podium also in the fifth quarter category (liver salami) thanks to the spicy liver sausage. So Racciatti repeat the important result of last year when he ranked at second place too.
