Cala del Gesso a Porto Santo Stefano

Cala del Gesso beach is a beautiful beach located in Porto Santo Stefano, in Tuscany, on the southern coast of the Argentario. This beach is considered one of the most beautiful in the area due to its crystal clear water and white sand, surrounded by a rocky coast full of Mediterranean vegetation.

Cala del Gesso beach can only be reached on foot or by boat, via a path that winds through the Mediterranean scrub and the typical vegetation of the area. The path starts from the parking lot of one of the hamlets of Porto Santo Stefano and requires about 20-30 minutes of walking.

The natural environment around the beach is very impressive, with cliffs overlooking the turquoise sea and a pine forest that offers shelter from the summer sun. The sea is particularly clear and transparent, making this beach an ideal place for snorkelling and discovering the richness of the underwater flora and fauna.

Cala del Gesso beach is very busy during the summer season, but thanks to its isolated position and the limitation of the influx of people, it manages to maintain a certain tranquility and a relaxing atmosphere.

In summary, the Cala del Gesso beach is an ideal destination for nature and tranquility lovers, who are looking for an uncontaminated place to enjoy the sea and the Mediterranean landscape of Tuscany.
