The Sagra del Artichoke Romanesco is a festival held every year in the city of Ladispoli, located about 35 kilometers northwest of Rome. The festival is dedicated to the Roman artichoke, a flowery vegetable typical of the Lazio region.

This festival takes place in April and lasts about ten days. During the festival, visitors can taste the Roman artichoke prepared in different ways, such as grilled, fried, stewed or as an ingredient in first courses and side dishes. In addition to food and wine, the festival also includes musical performances, exhibitions, fireworks displays and other entertainment activities.
