We will meet at 08:15 in front of the port of Anzio to get on the ferry that will take us on a tour of the Ponza Island. After an hour and a half of travel, we will dock in the port of the island and we will have half an hour to have breakfast and start our boat tour of the island.
During the excursion we will have the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant 5-hour boat ride during which we will be able to observe the beauty of Ponza directly from the sea. All while the captain reveals the stories and legends that surround the island!
During the crossing we will drop anchor 5 times to allow us to dive into the water, take a bath in the refreshing crystal clear waters of the island, snorkel (equipment not included) and discover the marine inhabitants of the area.
At noon we will offer you a light lunch, freshly prepared by the captain of the boat, based on pasta, house wine and coffee. After lunch, you can decide to relax on the boat while enjoying the sea breeze or to immerse yourself again in the refreshing waters of the place.
At the time of booking, you will be asked to choose between the following two options
One way from Anzio to the Ponza Island
If the boat ride is not enough for you, you can continue your exploratory tour of the island by opting for a one-way transfer from Anzio. In that case, once the boat tour is over, you can disembark and start discovering the island on your own.
Round trip from Anzio
If, on the other hand, you wish to return to Anzio, as soon as we reach the port of Ponza you will have an hour of free time to explore the area. At 5:30 pm we will board the ferry again and return to Anzio by 7:00 pm.
